The deluxe queen room had a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious and generous, perfect for non-vegetarians. - the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, KL Sentral, and shopping centers.

    Good location, very friendly staff

Internet didn't work in the room. Poor ventilation in the room

The breakfast was delicious for non vegetarian and the food was local. Location: the hotel was near all the local restaurants, and Chinatown Kuala Lumpur. I was surprised at nearby Merchant's Lane, they had some GOODies, drinks.

The vibe here is super cozy and feels just like home. the location rocks with easy parking 🅿️ and it's just a hop and a skip away from the city center.

Well-equipped, clean rooms, professional service. Directly in Chinatown and the train station Pasar Seni is only a few minutes walk away. Varied breakfast.

The cheaper rooms are without windows, but this was known to me and is not uncommon in the country.

This place is a good value hotel with very good services, located right in the heart of Chinatown, in the middle of the city.

Good, very central location. Hotel manager was very helpful.

The size of the room, was somewhat modest.

Due to management changes, the service has deteriorated very much

Personnel should work. They have preferred to be busy with mobile phones instead of paying attention to whether the guests want to pay and order drinks.

Great location and a very good restaurant

Unfortunately there was no hot water for 2 days and there was only one (slower) of two lifts in operation.

Only thing dislike when arrived late at midnight, when we check in, we were given a double bed where during our booking we indicated two single beds. Reasons given on that night, all rooms are fully booked. But Hotel managed to change the room the next day. Reason we requested two single bed are we are both men as colleagues.

The atmosphere here is family-friendly, the location is perfect with a great city view, and there's a bakery just a short walk away.

    The place, in Chinatown

The windowless tiny room (around 12 square meters including bathroom). Considering the price (usd 65) it's a total rip-off. I moved after 2 nights.
